If it arrives wrong or damaged

We replace it. No return shipping, no sending the bad one back, no argument. Send a photo within 30 days of it arriving and a new one goes out.

That covers a misprint, a flaw in the item, the wrong item, the wrong size against what you ordered, and damage in transit.

If you just changed your mind

This is the honest bit. Everything is printed for you specifically after you order it, so there is no shelf to put it back on — a return means it gets thrown away. For that reason we do not take returns for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size by accident.

Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, ask first and you will get a straight answer.

If it never turns up

If tracking says delivered and it is not there, give it three days — it is usually with a neighbour or still on the van. After that, tell us and we will sort it out.

If an address was entered wrong and the parcel comes back, we will resend it; you would only cover the postage the second time.

Cancelling

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it goes to print, which is usually a few hours. After printing starts it cannot be stopped, but if you are unhappy with what arrives, talk to us anyway.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way the payment came in, usually within a few days of being approved, though banks take their own time about showing it.
